Samsung Electronics has introduced in Korea its new PRO Plus 128GB microSD cards aimed at action cameras, drones, premium smartphones and DSLRs with 4K recording and playback feature. In addition, the PRO Plus 128GB microSD card is equipped with the recently upgraded Samsung 4-proof features, which include waterproof (IEC 60529, IPX7), temperature proof (from -25°C to 85°C), X-ray proof, and magnetic proof protection (will resist up to 15,000 gauss magnetic force). The new Samsung PRO Plus 128GB microSD will be available in more than 50 counties starting this month. Samsung has launched its new T7 and T9 microSD cards in the Philippines, replacing the company’s previous EVO-branded storage lineup. Samsung said the updated naming system is intended to simplify its microSD card lineup for consumers. The Samsung T7 microSD cards are available in 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB variants.
