The following Samsung devices are eligible for this new One UI beta: the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and 4, Galaxy Z Flip 3 and 4, Galaxy A73, A72, A54, A53, A52, A34, A33, A24, A14, A13 and A04s, Galaxy M54, M53 5G, M33 5G and M23, Galaxy F54, F23 and F14 5G, Galaxy Xcover 6 Pro and the Galaxy Tab S8 series. Smartphones today can handle all the basics. It is Samsung’s thinnest Flip yet, and its compact form factor still feels like the biggest reason to own one, because it is simply easier to carry and easier to use one-handed than a lot of larger phones. It is also the one that probably best represents Samsung’s current idea of what a premium phone should be: powerful hardware, practical AI tools, and features that go beyond just spec-sheet bragging rights. Today, we’re checking out budget and entry-level smartphones priced at under PHP 10,000 that were launched during the first quarter of 2026.
