Samsung's next iteration of its custom Android skin, One UI 7, has not had a great start. Its beta testing has kicked off for a while now, but a prominent tipster has shared a serious reality check, “…There are too many bugs.” While Samsung aims to significantly overhaul One UI 7, especially in terms of animations, these changes are likely to introduce a host of bugs and performance issues. Without the iPhone, we would not have seen the likes of Samsung Instinct, Omnia i900, HTC Touch Diamond, LG Dare and Sony-Ericsson Xperia this early. I had 4 most likely candidates as a great iPhone alternative -- the HTC Touch Diamond, Nokia N96, Samsung i900 Omnia and the Sony-Ericsson Xperia. Samsung has this thing with slider phones so all the 3 new ones are just that.
