Samsung has just launched a new prepaid virtual card in the US called Samsung Pay Cash. Integrated into the Samsung Pay app, the Samsung Pay Cash virtual card can be topped up with a credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. It can be used anywhere Samsung Pay and Mastercard are accepted, including e-commerce platforms. For a limited time, Samsung will be giving out USD 5 (~PHP 259) credit to consumers who register for Samsung Pay Cash. The new feature lets users link their PalawanPay Visa Virtual Card to Google Wallet and pay at stores that accept contactless payments through Google Pay's Tap to Pay feature. According to PalawanPay's FAQs, users must have an active PalawanPay Visa Virtual Card, an Android phone with NFC support, an updated Google Wallet app, and a screen lock such as a PIN, password, fingerprint, or face unlock.
