Based on some limited info shared with us by folks at the booth, the Series 5 Hybrid tablet will most likely be running an Intel Cedar Trail processor (that's the latest Atom CPU that only uses 2 watts). With a net weight of 1.5lbs and just 9mm (0.35") thin frame, the looks like a real portable hybrid tablet.
