#Sharp Aquos S2 Announcement

Sharp is about to make its comeback to the smartphone scene with the new Aquos S2 and is said to beat the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus with its bezel-less screen-to-body ratio. The Sharp Aquos S2 will sport a 5.5-inch screen display, which would make it the largest screen-to-body ratio smartphone, according to the company, and will have slim bezels on three-sides. Sharp has announced the Aquos R11, its latest flagship smartphone featuring a new telephoto camera, a brighter OLED display, and Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor. Sharp says the panel can reach up to 3,600 nits of peak brightness, making it the brightest display ever used on an Aquos smartphone. The Sharp Aquos R11 will go on sale in Japan in early July through Sharp, NTT DoCoMo, and SoftBank. Price and Availability Sharp Aquos R11 – JPY 163,900 The smartphone will be available in Japan starting July 2026. Sharp has officially announced the AQUOS Sense 10, the next version of last year’s Sense 9. The SHARP AQUOS R9 pro is priced at JPY 190,000 (~PHP 72K) with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
