OpenAI has officially launched Sora, its new AI-powered video creation app, on the App Store for iPhone users. This marks the company’s second iOS app following ChatGPT, but unlike its flagship chatbot, Sora is designed specifically for turning text prompts and images into dynamic videos. For now, Sora requires special access despite being listed publicly on the App Store, meaning not all iPhone users can dive in immediately. Tim Cook announced that Apple achieved its highest performance for the March quarter because customers bought more iPhones during March than ever before.
