Starmobile is pushing to improve their aftersales service as they launch two new apps to aid their customers -- Star Phone and E-Warranty. Star Phone gives users access to a menu of Starmobile services by simply pressing *7827 (or *STAR) on the dialer. It's basically a central hub for Starmobile aftersales contacts which includes their website, social media accounts and customer service hotline. The E-Warranty app, on the other hand, allows customers to register their devices online for easier and hassle-free support in service centers. The service can soon be availed via the GlobeOne app (there's actually a tab in the GlobeOne app that states Starlink but still has no plans offered). Globe Starlink 99: 100 text messages + 2GB satellite data access to essential apps (30 days) Globe Starlink 299: 500 text messages + 10GB satellite data access (90 days) The promo is good for 30 to 90 days from the time of activation. Hotel Sogo has launched a new mobile app that allows users to book rooms faster using their phones. The app will not replace the existing website, but will offer added features for mobile users.
