Was wondering at first why they did it on a daily basis instead of monthly then realized that there's no 30-day SuperSurf for prepaid (just for postpaid). However, unlike Smart's Fair Use Policy which throttles you down to a slower speed, Globe's SuperSurf will totally disconnect you to their network when you reach the daily limit.
