Acer expands its gaming portfolio with the launch of new Predator Helios AI laptops at CES 2025. The flagship Predator Helios 16 AI and 18 AI pack serious gaming prowess with Intel Core Ultra 9 processor 275HX and next-gen NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50 Series Laptop GPUs. ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) has announced the availability and pricing of its 2026 ROG Strix G and ROG Strix SCAR gaming laptops in the Philippines. Colorful has announced the iGame M15 Origo and iGame M16 Origo gaming laptops at Computex 2026. Both laptops feature Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 Laptop GPUs with 115W TGP, paired with Intel Core Ultra 9 processors and 2.5K 300Hz displays. Colorful said the laptops use a cooling system with dual fans, six heat pipes, quad exhaust vents, and support for up to 200W combined CPU and GPU performance. Qualcomm has announced the Snapdragon C platform, a new processor designed for entry-level laptops priced starting at around USD 300. Qualcomm said laptops powered by Snapdragon C are expected to launch later this year from brands including Acer, HP, and Lenovo.
