Numbeo, a crowdsourced global database and multinational research firm, has published its Traffic Index for Country 2015 which placed the Philippines among the top ten countries in the world with the worst traffic conditions. The report also shows the Philippines with a Time Index (in minutes) of 45.50 and an Inefficiency Index of 217.82.
