Twitter has confirmed testing a new feature 'Twitter Notes' that lets user write longer form of content. The interface looked like any other blogging platform, and users may insert tweets, photos, and videos on it. Currently, tweets are limited to only 280 characters and adding such feature will apparently change Twitter's identity that is defined by that limited writing.
