If you've been a fan of Huawei for a while now but also want to experience vanilla Android on their devices then you're in luck. Thanks to the team behind OpenKirin, select Huawei devices can now be flashed to three different stock Android ROMS. As of writing, there are currently only 17 Honor and Huawei devices that support OpenKirin's AOSP (Android Open Source Project). (for a list of the supported devices click here) To flash your Huawei or Honor devices you just have to download the OpenKirin ROM here and proceed with the flashing instructions here. Android 12L will focus on tablets, foldables, and ChromeOS devices. According to Qualcomm, upcoming devices powered by Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 will come from brands including HONOR and REDMI.
