Vine is set to be shut down as per its team announcement last October. The Twitter and Vine team published an update regarding the status of their plans as for how to push through with the Vine app. In January of next year, Vine will be reduced to a simple app dubbed as the Vine Camera. The app will keep the main core features of Vine like the six-second looping videos. Also, they'll roll out an easy method of moving Vine creator's followers to their Twitter profile. Lastly, Vines can be downloaded through the app or the website. Apple has loosened its grip on retro console emulators within the App Store. The updated App Store guidelines now permit these long-banned emulators, allowing those already availeble to Android to make their way onto iPhones.
