With vivo having launched the vivo Y78, Y78 5G, and Y78+ in 2023, they have just added the latest member to its Y series of smartphones with the new vivo Y78t in China. The design is fairly similar to the vivo Y78 but with a more muted design that comes in white, black, or blue. vivo Y05 & Y11D vivo doesn't want to leave themselves behind, so it has also introduced two budget smartphones and comes from the brand's popular Y-Series family, the vivo Y05 and vivo Y11d. The more affordable vivo Y05 comes with a 6.74-inch HD+ display, an 8MP rear camera, a 5MP selfie camera, and up to 128GB of expandable storage. Meanwhile, the vivo Y11d offers several upgrades, including a brighter 6.74-inch display with up to 1200 nits of brightness, a 50MP main camera, stereo speakers, and up to 256GB of storage. The vivo Y05 starts at PHP 5,999, while the vivo Y11d starts at PHP 9,999. While I’m waiting for my laptop to be repaired, ASUS PH has been kind enough to lend me this VivoBook S400C to use temporarily.
