Realme has officially announced the Realme X2 with quad rear cameras and VOOC flash charge 4.0 available in both Star Map Blue and Silver Wing White in China. The Realme X2 comes with a 6.4 inch FHD+ AMOLED display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G processor, with options to go with 6GB + 64GB or 8GB + 128GB for RAM and storage, 64MP F1.8 main camera + 8MP F2.25 ultra-wide + portrait lens + macro lens, 32MP front camera, and a 4000mAh battery that supports 30W VOOC flash charge 4.0. The project is based around OPPO’s VOOC flash charging and sees organizations license the OPPO technology to help bring faster charging to consumers. OPPO's Flash Charging technology includes the tiny 50W Mini SuperVOOC charger that can charge smartphones, tablets, and even laptops, measuring at just 10.05mm thick and 82.2mm long. There's also the 65W AirVOOC wireless charger that can fully power a 4,000mAh phone battery in 30 minutes, and the 125W flash charger that can do the same in just 20 minutes. Building on a longstanding relationship, NXP will implement several OPPO patents to support VOOC flash charging across its printed circuit board assemblies, meaning that flash charging could be more easily integrated into more automotive applications, public spaces, and industrial settings.
