#WhatsApp Groups

In a new update, WhatsApp now has support for 32 participants in a group voice call. Previously, the maximum number of users in a call for WhatsApp was 8. Apart from the group calls update, WhatsApp will also be updating designs for voice message bubbles and info screens for contacts and groups. WhatsApp Communities will also be launched soon. It will reportedly allow people to search for groups about certain topics and receive updates about it. They have yet to announce the availability of group calls on WhatsApp’s desktop client. Since its release in 2014, the Facebook Groups app has helped people access and share more easily with all of their groups; however all good things must come an end. Recently, Facebook announced that they will be discontinuing the standalone Groups app for iOS and Android after September 1, 2017.
