#WiFi Certified 6

The Wi-Fi Alliance has announced that the Wi-Fi CERTIFIED 6, a certification program to ensure that devices with 802.11ax meet industry-grade standards for interoperability and security, will launch in Q3 2019. “Wi-Fi CERTIFIED 6 will further escalate Wi-Fi’s role, with more than one billion Wi-Fi 6 chipsets expected to be shipped annually in 2022.” Wi-Fi 6 powered products have already surfaced during the CES 2019 in Las Vegas, Nevada, which were seen in Internet of Things (IoT) devices. Was fixing the built-in wifi device of the MSI Wind for several hours now to no avail. The problem is that the wifi just wouldn't detect any wireless connections even if you're already beside the router. I've already searched for related problems and read on forums that there's a sizable number of MSI Wind owners are having the similar problmes with the wifi. The system seems to be registering the right hardware but the wifi just could not detect any signal (AP). I'm thinking of several work-around -- like looking for older versions of the driver, running a 3rd party wifi manager, among others.
