Riot Games local qualifiers announced by the Philippine Pro Gaming League (PPGL) unveiling its 2022 tournament schedule with VALORANT Challengers Tour - Philippines (VCT-PH) and Wild Rift Champions Southeast Asia - Philippines (WCS-PH) as their main event being supported by Riot Games. “We are thrilled to welcome the VALORANT Challengers Tour back for a second year and to also officially introduce the Wild Rift Champions Southeast Asia to host countries across the region. Xiaomi Philippines has announced the Xiaomi Wild Rift Philippine Cup powered by the Redmi Note 11 Series where players can win cash and other Xiaomi prizes. The Xiaomi Wild Rift Philippine cup will put teams of 5 with one allowed substitute and battle it out on League of Legends: Wild Rift mobile game. The top four teams who will prevail per group will be competing in the Playoffs on April 21 and 22, which will also be broadcasted live on the Xiaomi Philippines Facebook page and will determine the first Xiaomi Wild Rift Philippine Cup grand champion. Riot Games has announced its first-ever international League of Legends: Wild Rift tournament— the Wild Rift: Horizon Cup. Hence, to celebrate the end of their preseason, the Wild Rift: Horizon Cup is coming to Singapore.
