The Windows 10 Anniversary Update was announced back in March and promises new improvements and features to Windows 10 - Windows Ink, enhanced Cortana and Microsoft Edge browser, improvements to security and Windows Defender, and Skype Preview, to name a few. To manually get the update, you can go to Settings > Updates & Security > Windows Update.
