Samsung unveiled a new device under its Xcover family of rugged devices which also a successor to the 2015 model. The Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4 has a 4.99-inch smartphone encased in an IP68 certified chassis meaning it can withstand prolonged immersion in water at depths of up to 1.5 meters and is fully resistant to dust. The rugged handset goes by the name of Galaxy XCover 2 (GT-S7110). It's slated to be the successor of the first XCover that the South Korean firm launched at the latter part of 2011.
