#Xiaomi 12 Snapdragon 8 Gen 1

Xiaomi has announced that its upcoming Xiaomi 12 smartphone will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip, Qualcomm's next-generation flagship smartphone processor. In a tweet, the brand shared a sneak peek of Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, which will power its upcoming flagship smartphones. Furthermore, the company has also revealed a list of brands to offer Snapdragon 8 Gen 1-powered smartphones and it includes Black Shark, Honor, iQOO, Motorola, Nubia, OnePlus, OPPO, realme, Redmi, SHARP, Sony Corporation, vivo, Xiaomi, and ZTE. Qualcomm has announced the new Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 and Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 processors. The Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 includes AI-powered camera features, Qualcomm Adaptive Performance Engine 4.0 for gaming, up to 21% better GPU performanc, and support for Wi-Fi 7 and ultra-fast 5G connectivity. Meanwhile, the Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 can deliver up to 77% better GPU performance and supports 90FPS gameplay which is a first for the first time in the Snapdragon 4 series. According to Qualcomm, upcoming devices powered by Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 will come from brands including HONOR and REDMI.
