Xiaomi has announced in the Chinese MIUI Forums the smartphones that are planned to receive Android Q as well as their expected availability. Here is the list of smartphones that will get Android Q: Q4 2019: • Xiaomi Mi 9 • Xiaomi Mi 9 SE • Xiaomi Mi 8 • Xiaomi Mi 8 Pro • Xiaomi Mi 8 Explorer Edition • Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S • Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 • Redmi K20 Pro • Redmi K20 Q1 2020: • Redmi Note 7 • Redmi Note 7 Pro Do note that the ETA is for Chinese models. Xiaomi might also add more devices in the near future. Google has just announced a new version of Android 12 that is catered to larger screen sizes called, Android 12L. Android 12L will focus on tablets, foldables, and ChromeOS devices. The new android version also introduces a new taskbar that allows users to switch between different apps. Android 12L is set to release in early 2022, but the new features are now available on the 12L developer preview page. All you have to do is download the Android 12L emulator to get started.
