Positioned as an esports-focused display, the G Pro 27Qi combines a 1440p resolution, 180Hz refresh rate, and Mini LED backlighting with a high zone count for improved contrast and HDR performance. The Mini LED backlight uses 1,152 local dimming zones, paired with Xiaomi’s proprietary local dimming engine and AI-powered scene recognition to dynamically adjust brightness and contrast depending on content. Xiaomi also claims extremely deep blacks, with dark detail reproduction down to 0.0001 nits in supported HDR scenes. The G Pro 27Qi covers 100% of the sRGB color gamut, along with 99% DCI-P3 and 99% Adobe RGB, using a QD-enhanced wide color gamut. In Australia, the Xiaomi G Pro 27Qi carries a retail price of AUD 699, though early listings have dropped as low as AUD 499.
