Shenzhen Duoqin Technology Co., Ltd., under Xiaomi's crowdfunding platform, just launched a new series of featurephones dubbed Qin. There are currently two featurephones in the series -- the Qin 1 and 1s. Both sports Xiaomi's Xiao AI voice assistant, dual slots for micro SIMs and USB Type-C charging ports. As for specs, the Qin 1 packs a MediaTek MT6260A chipset, 8MB of RAM, 16MB of storage, and WiFi and Bluetooth capabilities. The Qin 1s, on the other hand, packs a Spreadtrum SC9820 chipset, 256MB RAM, 512MB storage, VoLTE, GPS, WiFi, and Bluetooth. Following the availability of the Redmi few days ago, Lazada is now offering the flagship Xiaomi Mi3 for under Php15K. Popular Chinese consumer electronics company, Xiaomi, has announced that it is set to introduce its products to ten new markets, including the Philippines, this 2014.
