Google Nest Hub max now official

Along with their new Pixel smartphones, Google has also announced the Google Nest Hub Max, which is basically Nest and Google Home in one.

The Google Nest Hub Max looks like a bigger version of the Google Home Hub that was announced in October last year. It has more features though thanks to the built-in 6.5MP Nest Cam. It supports video calls and messages, works as an indoor security camera which you can remotely access, and can recognize your face through a feature called Face match so it can bring up the user’s personalized home page.

Other features include Live Album with Google Photos, Google Assistant for voice commands, Ambient EQ so the display can adjust automatically depending on the ambient lighting, and the ability to control compatible connected home and entertainment devices like the thermostat, lights, consoles, speakers, and streaming media players.

Google Nest Hub Max specs:
10-inch HD (1280 x 800) touchscreen display
6.5MP Nest Cam, 127-deg FoV, auto-framing, Face Match
Stereo speaker system
Far-field microphones
Ambient EQ light sensor

Bluetooth 5.0
Chromecast built-in
101.23 x 250.1 x 182.55 mm

The Google Nest Hub Max will be available in the US for USD 229 (~PHP 11,905.71).
