Bump Technologies, Inc，即热门无线共享应用Bump背后的公司，已被Google以未公开金额收购。
对于不熟悉的人来说，Bump 是一款非常受欢迎的应用程序，尤其是在 iPhone 用户中，它允许用户通过将手机物理碰撞来轻松地在彼此之间传输文件。
在公司博客文章中，Bump 首席执行官兼联合创始人 David Lieb 写道，Bump 团队将加入 Google。“我们非常激动能加入 Google，这是一家与我们秉持相同信念的公司：将计算应用于难题能够从根本上改变我们与彼此及世界的互动方式。”Lieb 表示。
Google收购该公司后，将把两项服务纳入其武器库，即Bump和照片及相册分享应用Flock。目前，这两款应用将继续按原有方式运行。
关于Elgoog为Bump支付的金额，消息人士称接近3500万美元。
