Qualcomm introduces Snapdragon 845 Mobile Platform

Qualcomm Technologies has announced their latest chipset for premium devices – the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 Mobile Platform.

The Snapdragon 845 is Qualcomm’s newest flagship chipset and the successor to the Snapdragon 835 announced in January this year. The company is yet to reveal its features and specs but confirmed that it will use Samsung Foundry for the manufacturing process.

Xiaomi Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer, Lei Jun, also announced that Xiaomi’s next flagship smartphone will be powered by Snapdragon 845.
