Agoda introduces EasyCancel feature

Agoda recently introduced EasyCancel, a feature that allows guests to cancel their bookings for free.

Through EasyCancel, accredited partner hotels and properties worldwide offer free cancellation for guests up to 24 hours before their check-in schedule.  The feature, which launched in March, is currently available in the US, UK, Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia—plus China, Japan, South Korea, and India. This provides broader and flexible booking solutions to guests, especially on these trying times.

All participating hotels and properties offering the flexible cancellation policy will have highly visible Agoda EasyCancel icons on the website. Bookings made until June 30, 2020, are also covered by the said feature.

However, canceling the booking a day prior to the arrival date will incur a full penalty charge. As stipulated within the property policy, failure to arrive at the hotel or property will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be given to the guest.
