去年11月24日，Security Bank向菲律宾证券交易所（PSE）提交披露文件，宣布将正式终止其子公司SB Cards Corp。该子公司负责运营Security Bank的信用卡服务。

SB Cards Corporation的企业期限将于2024年12月31日届满。以下是该公司向菲律宾证券交易所提交的披露文件副本：

SB Cards是Security Bank Corp的全资子公司。它最初于1980年10月9日在菲律宾获得Diners Club International的特许经营权。2003年，Security Diners International Corporation更名为SB Cards Corporation，并开始提供Mastercard产品。

有可能由于Security Bank Corporation运营Classic Mastercard，SB Cards Corp已不再具有实际用途并可能被关闭，所有与信用卡相关的事务均由母公司（即Security Bank Corporation）统一运营。
