Xiaomi has officially launched the G Pro 27Qi (2026) gaming monitor for the global market, bringing its Mini LED display technology beyond China for competitive gamers and creators alike. The 27-inch monitor has started appearing in select international markets, with Australia becoming the first confirmed retail destination.

Positioned as an esports-focused display, the G Pro 27Qi combines a 1440p resolution, 180Hz refresh rate, and Mini LED backlighting with a high zone count for improved contrast and HDR performance. Xiaomi is clearly targeting users who want premium visuals without stepping into ultra-premium OLED pricing territory.
At the core of the monitor is a Fast IPS panel with a 2560 × 1440 resolution and a standard 16:9 aspect ratio. The Mini LED backlight uses 1,152 local dimming zones, paired with Xiaomi’s proprietary local dimming engine and AI-powered scene recognition to dynamically adjust brightness and contrast depending on content. Peak brightness reaches up to 2,000 nits, earning the display a VESA DisplayHDR 1000 certification.
For gaming performance, the panel supports a 180Hz refresh rate, 1ms GTG response time, and AMD FreeSync, helping reduce motion blur, screen tearing, and stutter during fast-paced gameplay. Xiaomi also claims extremely deep blacks, with dark detail reproduction down to 0.0001 nits in supported HDR scenes.

Color performance is another highlight. The G Pro 27Qi covers 100% of the sRGB color gamut, along with 99% DCI-P3 and 99% Adobe RGB, using a QD-enhanced wide color gamut. The display supports 10-bit color depth with 1.07 billion colors and ships factory-calibrated with ∆E < 1, making it suitable for both gaming and light professional creative work.
Design-wise, the monitor features slim bezels on three sides, subtle rear RGB lighting, and a built-in flip-out headphone holder. The stand supports height, tilt, swivel, and full pivot adjustments, with additional VESA 75 × 75mm wall-mount compatibility.
Connectivity includes two HDMI 2.0 ports, two DisplayPort 1.4 ports, and a 3.5mm audio jack, covering both PC and console setups. Power consumption is rated at 65W.
In Australia, the Xiaomi G Pro 27Qi carries a retail price of AUD 699, though early listings have dropped as low as AUD 499. Availability in other regions has yet to be confirmed, and the monitor is currently not listed on Xiaomi’s US storefront.
