On Friday, the Consumer Electronics Live! 2008 will be doing a week-end long exhibit featuring top tech brands in the Philippines. You can get free passes to this event — just follow instructions after the jump.

Ten (10) blogs will be picked randomly on Thursday afternoon (2 passes for each winner so you and your friend can go). The event is for 3 days from Friday to Sunday (Oct. 24 - 26, 2008) and opens from 10am ’til 8PM at the SMX Convention Center beside SM Mall of Asia.

There’s a big possibility that I would visit the site. I already made a blog post about this Consumer Electronics Live! - However, I still look forward on attending the event eventhough I didn’t win a free pass.
How much is the entrance fee?
Me and my friend will be going out this weekend anyway and we’re both tech enthusiasts. It would be really nice to get the passes for free.

i don’t know why they will still collect entrance fee for this kind of show. The exhibitors should be the one paying us to see their latest gadgets not the other way around. We are the prospective buyers right? What is P50 anyway in exchange for millions worth of merchandize they will about to sell in this event.

I just received an email from CEL Manila:
Free entrance is guaranteed for people who pre-register on or before October 21st.
Please claim your ID pass at the Pre-Registered Guests Lane at the SMX Convention Center, from October 24 (12 noon onwards), 25-26 (10 am to 8 pm).
So does this mean early registrants (like me) no longer need the free pass?
