Which smartphone are you?

I think this year will end with the most number of highly anticipated phones from all corners of the mobile market. Almost all the big players had given their all and it’s up to the consumers to decide who’s the big winner.

So, which smartphone is the biggest winner for you? We’ve got a bunch on the list.

smartphones
I’ve omitted from the list the models that have not been launched, priced or widely available in local stores to make the selection short and more realistic. That takes the Android G1, Nokia 5800, Motorola Q 11, LG KC 910 Renoir and Samsung Instinct off the list.

So if you had the budget and are up to getting new smartphone this Christmas, which of the above models would you likely get?

I don’t really plan on buying a new phone anytime soon but if I had to choose one of those, it’s either the iPhone 3G or the Omnia. But I would never use it as a main phone. I still prefer tactile buttons over touchscreen.

i just got an iPhone 3G. i could only refer to it in positive superlatives, to say the ironic least. i’m fine by the can’t-forward-sms booboo; i’m not into delivering to my friends their daily dose of inspirational quotes, so-corny-it’s-funny jokes or whatnot anyway. same goes with practically every other thing it lacks but other phones, even the entry-level ones, have championed. needless to say, i’ve become partial to this apotheosis of hypnotic marketing. :p
