Cherry Mobile hinted at a new device coming exclusively to Lazada on January 9 on its Facebook page earlier today. It turns out that the new smartphone to be available on the e-commerce website is the cheapest octa-core phone to ever hit the market yet: The Cherry Mobile Me Vibe.

According to a source close to Lazada, the newest addition to the local brand’s Me line of smartphones will be equipped with a 5-inch screen, 1GB of RAM, and Android KitKat out of the box.

The phone will be exclusively available only to Lazada and will retail starting January 9 for Php3,999.

not bad yung price for an octa core, at least meron ka pang budget pang bile ng powerbank, for sure power hungry din yan, katulad ng FS3 ko, magkaroon sana sila ng option na higher mah battery…

plano ko din bumili, xmas gift sana sa wife kasi wala pako gift sa kanya.. besides, mura eh. kaso nakaka duda yung mga negative comments sa CM.. depende nga siguro sa user. pero pagisipan ko din.

Bumili ako dati ng CM Click at ma 2 years na syang ginagamit pero until now wala akong nakikitang defects. Bumili rin ako ng Flare S3 at running smoothly naman. Wala naman akong nakikitang diperensya pag ginagamit ko. Sa gumagamit din yan kung bakit nasisira agad.

Aaminin ko bibili ako nito bukas kahit na dudable din ako, gusto ko kasi matry, pero no need to say na sablay na yung phone. After all, wala pang ibang brands kahit local na nakakagawa na mag offer nang octa core below 4k.

Add to this, depende naman sa user nang phone din yun. Paper specs may not be a reflective of a gadget’s performance in actual use.

Atsaka kung bibili kayo, make sure to test the phone sa shop bago niyo bilhin. And pag nabili na, ingatan para di agad masira. Iphone nga na ginto ang presyo, nasisira, eto pa kaya.

nasa sa yo naman talaga ang final decision kung bibili or hindi since pera mo naman yan. we are just venting out kung ano ang mga naexperience namin from CM. Gaya ng sabi mo, nasa pag-iingat ng tao yan.

I have a CD-R king mobile phone na mas tumagal pa kesa sa CM at wala akong problem sa pagpalit ng products sa CD-R king since madaming branches at within the warranty pero nabwisit ako nung minsang pinapunta ako sa service center ng CM sa Roxas Blvd. Haba ng pila na inabot ako ng buong araw para lang sa reprogramming. Just sharing.

haaay papauto pa ba kayo sa cherry nadala narin mga kakilala ko na cherry mobile fan dati hindi na umulit nung natikman nila yung bulok na after sale service nila haaay

Meron akong T6S and FS3. Mas preferred ko ang FS3, in almost all category based on actual use, kahit mas mababa nang 100 mah ang battery.

Kung parehas nang performance ito at ang FS3, then I would prefer this kung may 3G, kung wala, sulit nga sya as octa core pero T6S wins para sa akin… kasi madalas akong naka 3G.

LOL. so nag three times ka pa pala sa CM. Ako twice lang. First yung tri sim nila na hindi umabot ng 1 year which i bought for 7k only to find out a few months after na magbaba na halos kalahati. Then the Flare which I discovered having a defective 3G function. Buti within the 7-day replacement warranty pa kaya pinarefund ko ng buo. Gusto pa nila akong papuntahin sa service center nila para daw sa tech checkup ek-ek, e bigla kong nilakasan boses ko na dinig ng mga customers nila kaya ayun, wala sila nagawa kundi ibalik pera ko. Otherwise, talagang magwawala ako ng todo sa store nila.

Here comes Cherry Mobile again with their CHEAPEST EK-EK. Lots of people who were fooled into buying their CHEAPEST Kitkat TABLETS got the shock of their lives when these devices became useless/worthless in a matter of days or weeks. Shame on them for making handsome profit out of their cheap defective devices, and for traumatizing unsuspecting consumers especially children.

Totoo yan. Nabigyan yung pamangkin ko ng tablet last november at pabalik balik ang tatay niya sa service center dahil defective ang power button at may blue lights pa sa gilid ng display. Dapat lemon mobile na lang ang pangalan nila. Ginaya lang nila yung branding ng cherry keyboard maker sa Germany.

Gumagaya na sila sa strategy ng xiaomi.nag la lazada na rin.lol. Wagas talaga CM pagdating sa battery.Lagi nagtitipid.Isa yan sa dapat nila i consider sa mga units nila.

1 gig? wag na uy. wala wenta octa kung ganyan ka kitid ang ram. cguro matitira sau ram mo 700mb na lang dahil sa mga pre installed app. nice try.

RAM is different from internal storage. Ram is for the computer processing part of the phone while it says 8GB there for internal storage for “your” apps.
