While Acer has only introduced a handful of Android phones in the Philippines just last week, another one has been outed that resembled the genes of the Acer Android line-up -- the Acer Liquid Metal. It has almost the same specs as the Acer Liquid E with a very minor upgrade, if you can call it that. The handset will come with Android 2.2 Froyo pre-installed and will have the Acer UI 4.0 Breeze layer on top of it. Just 5 days after the new 10" Acer Aspire One has been formally announced, the new model is ready for pre-oder with a suggested retail price of Php25,995. Fans of the Acer Aspire One will be glad to know there's an upcoming 10.1-inch netbook (although we can't say when Acer will officially announce it). Based on the photos, looks like Acer has also fixed that awkwardly positioned trackpad buttons. Acer doesn't want to be left behind the UMPC wars either.
