Sony outs 3,000mAh Power Cover for Xperia Z Ultra

Sony recently unveiled its latest accessory for 6.4-inch Xperia Z Ultra which is a flip cover that also doubles as an external battery – the Sony CP12 Power Cover.

Obviously, it’s not your average flip cover as it has its own battery pack that can supply the Z Ultra with 3,000mAh worth of juice via the smartphone’s magnetic port. If your Z Ultra runs out, all you need to do is press the charging key and it should last you another cycle.

In addition to its protective properties, the CP12 also houses an aluminum stylus with 1.5 mm point, and doubles as a leaning desk stand should you want to watch a movie or just bask on the Z Ultra’s beauty.

The LG G2 has the same technology.. The battery life is longer because the battery space is maximized even though the G2 has a thin exterior..

LG G2 also have this but they have SiO+ technology, just like wat zacks says .. :)

3, 000mAh hopefully it also has SiO+ technology just like LG G2,,that has 3,000mAh SiO+ technology. SiO+ technology enables maximum storage capacity and long lasting efficiency. :)

Bought the xperia z ultra because of your comments on twitter, Abe.

Just a few questions on the case:
1.) Where do we put the stylus when not in use.
2.) Does it have a card holder?
3.) And of course, how much would this cost.

@kamote mejo tanga lang tanong mo noh syempre ung mga bumibili ng xperia water-resistant phones(karamihan) ay may balak gumamit ng device kung san pede mabasa ito. ngaun kung sa tingin mo naman eh wala kang balak gamitin to while on bathtub,etc. o confident kang di mababasa at the first place sana di mo na binili ito…maraming phones jan na ma maganda dito regardless of its waterproof capability.

@ Kamote: Pasensya na po, kaya nga tinatanong kasi yung phone mismo waterproof tapos yung accessorry hindi.. eh anong use na gamitin sila both kung nde naman sila nagcocompliment ng features.. also, eh paano kung trip ko gamitin Z ultra ko sa bathtub or habang nasa veranda ako ng bahay kahit umuulan.. magagawa ko ba yun ng ibang phone na hindi waterproof? whats the use of buying waterproof phones then? or should i say baka nde mo kaya bumili.. wag ka na lang umepal kung wala kang pambili.. antay mo na lang baka maging offer sa plan 350 or 450 by 2099.. kung buhay ka pa…

Gusto ko lang sabihin sa nag comment or sad to say nanlait sa akin dahil may vertu ako, basahin mo reply ko sau sa vertu constellation.
