Apple’s website & retail stores do not have it yet as of the moment, but other retailers are starting to sell it along with the iPad Air early – the new iPad Mini with Retina Display can now be purchased locally at Villman.
It starts at Php20,990USD 358INR 30,322EUR 341CNY 2,605 for the 16GB version and it goes up to Php37,990USD 647INR 54,880EUR 617CNY 4,715 for the 128GB model. The 16GB iPad Air however has been out for quite sometime now and is currently priced Php4k more expensive if you want the extra inches in size.
