Acer intros Chromebook 315 with AMD A-series processor at CES 2019

Acer has introduced the first-ever Chromebook, the Chromebook 315, powered by an AMD A-series of processors at CES 2019.

The Chromebook 315 comes with a 15.6-inch FHD display with 1920 x 1080 resolution, AMD A6-9220C / A4-9120C chipset, AMD Radeon R5/R2 graphics, Google Chrome OS, 8GB RAM, and 32GB eMMC storage. Acer also boasts that the laptop can last up to 10 hours of executing tasks such as streaming videos, playing web games, and web browsing.

The Acer Chromebook 315 will be available with a touch screen variant (CB315-2HT) or a non-touch screen (CB315-2H) display. The price starts at USD 279.99 (~PHP 14,689) in North America on February 2019 and EUR 349 (~PHP 20,942) in EMEA on April 2019.
