Apple previewed watchOS 11 at WWDC 2024. They revealed features for the Apple Watch that were built on its leading sensor technology, advanced algorithms, and science-based approaches.

watchOS 11 offers advanced insights into users’ health and fitness with a ton of flexibility for personalization with the Vitals app.

The new app surfaces key health metrics with context, helping users make more informed daily decisions.

It also has the ability to measure training load with a game-changing experience when working out for improved fitness and performance.

 

Activity rings can be customized as well, with Smart Stack and Photos using intelligence to highlight individuality.

In addition, the Apple Watch and the Health app on the iPhone and iPad offer additional support for pregnant users.

Other features consist of Check In, the Translate app, and new capabilities for the double tap gesture. These are coming to the Apple Watch for seamless connectivity and user convenience.
