Apart from the announcement of updates and pricing for the anticipated Zenfone 3 series, ASUS has also launched a new Android slate in their home turf.

The ZenPad 3S 10 is ASUS’ latest tablet following the ZenPad S 8.0 from last year. This time around, the Taiwanese manufacturer has streamlined the design of the Zen devices with the slate sporting an all-metal chassis ala iPad.

Specs-wise, it’s got a 9.7-inch 2K IPS display (1536 x 2048 pixels), a hexa-core MediaTek MT8176 processor, PowerVR GX6250 GPU, 4GB RAM, 32GB of expandable storage, and a fingerprint scanner. An 8-megapixel shooter and a 5-megapixel selfie camera is onboard as well. The tablet runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow with a 5,900mAh battery supporting Quick Charge 3.0 through a USB Type-C connector.
