Alongside the new Surface Pro 12-inch, Microsoft also introduced the new 13-inch Surface Laptop.

It features a 13-inch LCD touchscreen with a 1,920 x 1,280 resolution, a 60Hz refresh rate, and a 3:2 aspect ratio. It also comes with a 1080p webcam but it doesn’t have Windows Hello face recognition.
It does sport a fingerprint sensor integrated in its power button.
Weighing 1.22 kg, the Surface Laptop 13 is made from aluminum and runs on the same 8-core Snapdragon X Plus chip found in the Surface Pro 12. It also comes with 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and storage options of 256GB or 512GB.
There’s no mention of the battery capacity, but Microsoft claims the laptop can last up to 16 hours of web usage and up to 23 hours of local video playback.
