جيش و بوكو لإجراء مدفوعات عبر الهاتف المحمول على فيسبوك

في مؤتمر صحفي اليوم، أوضح كل من غلوب و بوكو صفقتهما لتقديم منصة للدفع عبر الهاتف المحمول لمستخدمي جي كاش باستخدام بايمو.

هذا يعني أنه يمكنك الآن شراء سلع افتراضية في FarmVille، وتحسين مظهر أكواخك في Restaurant City، أو شحن رقائقك على Poker باستخدام Globe GCash. ويضاف إلى ذلك خيارات أخرى حالية مثل ائتمانات فيسبوك وبطاقات الائتمان وPaypal.

ابتداءً من 24 مارس 2010، ستظهر Boku/Paymo كخيار لشراء السلع الافتراضية في ألعاب فيسبوك التي تشغلها Zynga وPlayFish. عند استخدام "الدفع عبر الهاتف المحمول" كخيار، سيسمح لك باختيار Globe GCash، ومن ثم يمكنك شحن أي مبلغ (بحد أقصى 40,000 بيزو يوميًا) باستخدام رمز MPIN الخاص بـ GCash.

تشمل ألعاب زينجا الشهيرة على فيسبوك: فارم فيل، ومافيا وورز، وكافيه وورلد، وفيش فيل، وبوكر. وتشمل الألعاب الشهيرة من بلاي فيش: ريسانت سيتي، وبيت سوسايتي.

يبلغ عدد مستخدمي GCash لدى Globe أكثر من مليون مستخدم، مع إجمالي معاملات شهرية تتراوح بين 3.5 مليار و4 مليارات. يمكن لمستخدمي GCash أيضًا إجراء المعاملات على أي مواقع أو ألعاب أخرى تعمل بتقنية Boku/Paymo. وما زال الأمر غير واضح إلى أي مدى ستُنتَج معاملات عبر GCash/Boku في ألعاب فيسبوك. وقد حققت Zynga إيرادات تقدر بـ300 مليون دولار في عام 2009.

I’d rather buy books. Its much more fun reading than playing virtual games and yes I agree its a waste of money if you just used it in something you cannot touch.

The only good you get from playing these games (and now, purchasing virtual goods) is temporary fulfillment that only lasts for a day – max!

Yup, buying “virtual goods” with real cash is pushing it; Pero with that many GCash transactions, this tie-up may bring in plausible profits to Globe and Boku.
I don’t go for buying virtual stuffs though, It’s like buying “nothing”, dba? :D

Yep. More chances to waste money for those who are already financially disadvantaged who play games to nullify their failures through “virtual game success”.
