1More Stylish True Wireless In-Ear Headphones Hands-on

1More, a brand known for its audio products, has released its own TWS headphones, the 1More Stylish True Wireless In-Ear Headphones. Check out our initial impressions about the device below.

The 1More Stylish True Wireless In-Ear Headphones comes in a neat packaging that contains the in-ear headphones, the charging case, silicone ear tips, and wingtips, carrying pouch, and micro-USB cable.

The design is different from the usual TWS we see in the market, as it doesn’t have a stem. It’s rounded, doesn’t stick out that much, and uses wingtips to secure itself to the ears. It’s mostly plastic, but looks nice and is sweat-resistant. Comfort-wise, it feels good thanks to the light body, but we recommend picking the right ear and wing silicone tips to ensure snugness.

The 1More Stylish True Wireless In-Ear Headphones features Bluetooth 5.0 with support for Qualcomm’s apt-X audio technology and AAC hi-res transmission. Pairing for the first time is straightforward as it already started in pairing mode the moment we took it from the case. All you need to do is search for the headphone’s Bluetooth signal on your mobile device, pair to it twice (one for the right and one for the left), and you’re good to go.

1More also has an app for it called 1More Music. We recommend downloading so you can get firmware upgrades for the headphones.

When it comes to controls, both earbuds are equipped with a physical button so you can control calls and music playback:

• Answer/Hang-up call: Double click
• Decline call: Press and hold
• Activate voice assistant: Click 3 times
• Play/Pause music: Double click
• Next track: Press and hold R button for 2 seconds
• Previous track: Press and hold L button for 2 seconds
• Volume Up: Click R button
• Volume Down: Click L button

1More says in its website that the Stylish True Wireless In-Ear Headphones features a 7mm dynamic driver with a titanium Composite diaphragm and is tuned by Luca Bignardi, 1more’s in-house Grammy Award Winning Sound Engineer.

Audio quality is good and loud but tends to be bassy. You’ll like this if you’re into Hip Hop or EDM, but it should be okay with other genres. As mentioned earlier, you can make calls with this pair of headphones and features an environmental noise cancellation for clearer calls and less background static.

When it comes to battery life, 1More says that it can provide up to 6.5 hours of continuous playtime on a single charge, which is longer than the 4-hour average playtime of other TWS headphones in the market. You can extend it to a total of 24 hours by recharging it with the case.

Speaking of the case, this one is also made of plastic and looks as sleek as the headphones themselves. To open, press the button on the front, and the top cover will flip open. It has a 410mAh battery and can fast charge the earphones and gives it 3 hours of use with just 15 minutes of charge. You can charge the case using a micro-USB cable. No support for wireless charging, though.

Let’s talk about the price; the 1More Stylish True Wireless In-Ear Headphones has an SRP of PHP 4,990, but Digital Walker is making it available for a special promo price of PHP 3,490 until February 29, 2020. So, if you’re looking for a good TWS without breaking the bank, you might want to check this out.
