Naku Yugatech, wag mong masyadong pinupuri ang bonus ng BPO, baka nagbabasa ang BIR at paginitan na naman yan ni Henares para lagyan ng malaking tax. Discreet na lang ang palakpakan hehe.

Been in the industry for 5 years, 3 companies… never experienced this
Zack says:
Been with a BPO Company for almost years now and the bonus depends on your performance. When I’m with the top tier, I’m getting double my basic BUT the payout is twice a year (50% per 6 months).
Jason says:
This isn’t accurate and how I wished that it’s true for most BPO employees. I’ve been with the industry for almost a decade and based on the 3 BPO companies I’m with, I’ve only experienced the 13th month with a 14th month pay with my 2nd company which was Indian/British owned. The 1st and 3rd companies I’ve worked for which is considered one of the Top BPO companies don’t provide two to four months’ worth of performance-based bonuses to their employees, unless maybe if it’s a hard-core sales account.
Dennis says:
I’ve worked with 3 of the 5 industries mentioned in the last 8 years and not one gave bonus other than the 13th month pay. This is the first time i read an article here that is absolutely and totally inaccurate to say the least.
