Apart from revenue, another good characteristic of a successful company is its number of employees. In this post, we list down the top IT companies and contact centers in the Philippines that has the most number of manpower.

All of the companies on this list belong to the highest earning BPO companies in the Philippines with a combined revenue of over Php100 billion.

    Convergys bought Stream which added 15K employees to their existing 35K population.

    it’s funny how 24/7 is not even included in the 10k manpower list yet it has generated enough earnings to be considered the third highest earning BPO, next to Accenture and Convergys, in the Philippines.

    BPO ? come work for an ITO company you can double even triple what ever your earning in a BPO sadly those numbers are just the population of employees & company earnings not the employees earnings.
