Xiaomi has introduced its new Xiaomi Watch 5 in China, alongside the Xiaomi 17 Ultra. This premium smartwatch features a 47mm stainless-steel case and a 1.54-inch AMOLED display with 1500 nits peak brightness, making it easy to view even under sunlight. It runs on HyperOS 3 and is powered by a dual-chip setup, including the Snapdragon W5, for smooth performance and better power efficiency.

The watch includes 150+ sports modes, 80+ gym courses with 3D guidance, offline maps for outdoor activities, and detailed health tracking such as ECG, heart rate, SpO₂, stress, and advanced sleep monitoring. The eSIM model can handle calls and apps independently, while gesture controls let users answer calls or navigate with simple hand movements. Battery life goes up to 6 days (regular use) and 18 days in power-saving mode.

The Xiaomi Watch 5 starts at CNY 1,999 ( PHP 16,719.96) for the fluoroelastomer strap, while the leather-strap Pro model costs CNY 2,299 ( PHP 19,229.20 ). An optional 3D-printed titanium strap is priced at CNY 799 ( PHP 6,682.96 ), and all models are now available in China.
