ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) has introduced the ROG XREAL R1, a state-of-the-art gaming eyewear designed to offer great immersive gameplay experience. The key component is its 240Hz micro-OLED Full HD screen, which makes it the first ever gaming glasses in the world to reach that refresh rate. The result is a fight against the blurring effect with visuals intended to be perfect and react in real-time perfect to your command, especially for competitive games.

The glasses are capable of projecting a huge virtual screen that can be used for gaming, watching videos, or performing the usual daily media activities. Practically speaking, they have managed to pack all the advanced technology inside a very light frame of only 91 grams which is great for long wearing days or sessions.
The Sound technology by Bose takes care of audio needs, providing immersive sound without any headphones on. In addition, the lenses have embedded electrochromic technology that automatically modifies their brightness level according to the surrounding light with the option of manual dimming available as well.
For connectivity, the ROG Control Dock is used, which works with PCs, consoles, and the ROG Ally handheld; thus, allowing you to switch seamlessly between devices.
