BDO has released its updated mobile app with full compatibility with Apple’s latest operating system, iOS 14.
BDO customers with Apple devices running on iOS 14 had problems using the app due to compatibility issues. The bank had to issue an apology and assured customers that they are working on an updated app that works with iOS 14. During that time, customers had to access their accounts via bdo.com.ph.
The updated app, version 5.8.1, is now fully compatible with iOS 14 and comes with a few updates like send and request payment using InstaPay QR PH, and withdraw money from ATMs using QR code.
To update the app, just go to the App Store, tap on the Update tab, and update the BDO mobile app.
