TCL has once again been named the No. 1 Panel TV Brand in the Philippines, according to TRS Research’s 2025 Annual Cumulative Market Share Report. This marks its third straight year at the top.
TRS Research based this on nationwide retail sales data throughout 2025.
TCL’s numbers look just as strong globally. Omdia ranked TCL No. 1 worldwide in shipments of 75-inch-and-up TVs and Mini LED TVs in 2025. Furthermore, the brand has now led global Google TV shipments for five straight years running, from 2021 to 2025.
“Being recognized as the Philippines’ No. 1 Panel TV Brand for the third consecutive year is a significant milestone for TCL and a reflection of the trust that Filipino consumers continue to place in our brand,” said TCL Philippines CEO Peter Chen.
Alongside the announcement, TCL also introduced its newest display tech, Super-QD Mini LED (SQD-Mini LED). The company says this new tech sharpens backlight precision and improves color, brightness, and contrast over its previous panels.
The tech already has some hardware to back it up. TCL’s X11L, the first TV built with SQD-Mini LED, won the Innovative Display Technology Gold Award at CES 2026’s Global Top Brands Awards, organized by IDG with support from IDC.
