Smart intros new Plan 499 w/ 6GB monthly data, free pocket Wi-Fi

Smart Communications introduces its new postpaid Plan 499 that offers bigger data and comes with a free LTE pocket Wi-Fi.

This new plan comes with a pretty attractive bundle that includes a 6GB monthly data allocation (from the usual 3.5GB), subscription to iflix and Spinnr, and a free LTE pocket Wi-Fi so you no longer need to spend on buying one.

Smart promises faster services as it has been upgraded from minimum speeds of 48kbps to 256kbps with 80% reliability. There is no cash-out needed for the free pocket Wi-Fi although there will be a lock-in period of 12 months.
